Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue in Tampa, Florida, invited us for a movie screening on March 22, 2025. It was a wonderful reunion since we’ve known Rabbi Steve Weiler and his family for over 30 years and we hadn’t seen each other in several years. We sang some worship songs before the movie, and people were deeply impacted by “Rainbow in the Night” movie.
As we usually do at our movie screenings, we invited someone from abortion recovery to attend the movie screening from a local pregnancy center. When I share my traumatic second-trimester abortion story, women who have not yet received healing from a past abortion can get triggered.
Thankfully, a couple of women came forward after the movie in need of post-abortion healing and were referred for abortion recovery at the local pregnancy center. It was truly a blessed event!
